Dispatch

 

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days providing all items are in stock and you haven't paid for special next day delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email on dispatch of your items.

 

What happens if the goods you have ordered are you of stock?

 

The majority of our products are held in stock although we may occasionally experience short delays on supply of popular items. Occasionally, we may experience a delay or may not be able to supply an item you have ordered. We will contact you at the earliest opportunity to suggest an alternative or refund. We will not send you an alternative item unless previously agreed with you. We may dispatch part orders if we experience a lengthy delay.

 

Delivery Charges

 

Our standard postage and packaging charge is £3.99 (UK Mainland) which will be added to your order as you proceed through the shopping basket. Orders valued at £100 or over will automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY*.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver internationally at this current time.

How will your parcel be sent?

 

Parcels weighing less than 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Post and should arrive between two and five working days after dispatch although it may take longer.

Parcels weighing over 2kg will be sent by our courier at an additional cost.

 

Priority Delivery

 

Parcels under 2kg can also be sent via Special Next Day Delivery and Special Next Day Saturday Guarantee Delivery for an extra charge.

Special Next Day Delivery = £6.95

Special Next Day Delivery Saturday Guarantee = £14.95

If you require one of these services you must place your order before 12pm, orders made after 12pm will be sent on our next working day service the following day.

Please note the Next Day Delivery DOES NOT include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.

 

Returns

 

We Offer a 14 day money back guarantee for items being returned.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please return it to us within 14 days. All we ask is that you return it unused and in its original packaging.

If goods are returned within 14 working days of receipt we will issue a full refund excluding postage and packaging, or offer an exchange.

When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we therefore recommend that you use recorded delivery. Please ensure you pack your returned parcel carefully. Items damaged in the post cannot be refunded.

Your refund will be in the form of the original method of payment. Postage charges will only be refunded if goods are found to be faulty or not what you ordered.

Faulty goods will be refunded/replaced; we will not be held liable for any additional losses incurred as a result of the fault.

Confectionary may not be returned.
